The CA-IF4988S is the high-performance half-duplex RS-485 transceiver which could be used in harsh industrial and home-appliance environments. The bus pins could withstand high-level ESD events to protect internal circuit without damage. The CA-IF4988S devices are packaged in narrow body, 8-pin SOIC packages and specified over ambient free-air temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
