The RA8000CE and RA4000CE, two new RTC modules with an integrated digital temperature-compensated crystal oscillator for in-vehicle applications, are now available in mass production.
Each has a time-stamp feature and is packaged in a small 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.0 mm package. The large-scale manufacturing has started and both parts are ready to be ordered now.
