The HT32F61630 and HT32F61641 are the new 32-Bit MCUs. In addition to the previous HT45F8650 and HT45F8662 8-bit devices, these new series of lithium battery protection MCUs include a high-level 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core. These devices include many useful features including a lithium battery voltage detection accuracy of ±24 mV, low standby power consumption, integrated passive balancing, high voltage Gate-drivers and other functions. The accumulative battery voltage monitor has an LDO output capacity of 50mA which is suitable for 3~8 series lithium battery products, such as battery management system (BMS) protection boards, power tools, wireless vacuum cleaners, etc.
