4.5V to 45V, 2.5A, Dual H Bridge Motor Drivers

The MP6604A/B/C is a 4.5V to 45V, 2.5A, dual H-Bridge motor drivers with an IN/EN interface (MP6604A), PHASE/ENABLE/BRAKE interface (MP6604B), or HS/LS interface (MP6604C). The different control interfaces can flexibly meet the applications of motor drivers. The MP6604A/B/C on resistance is as low as 150mΩ per MOSFET, and can deliver up to 2.5A of maximum output current (IOUT) per phase. Internal safety and diagnostic features include under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection, over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown. The MP6604A/B/C is available in a small QFN-28 (4mmx5mm) and TSSOP-28EP packages. They are designed to drive bipolar stepper motors, brushed DC motors, and other loads (such as stage sighting, high-end security cameras, and printers).
