QCN90XX series are Qualcomm next generation Wi-Fi AX (6 & 6E) AP solution, and with this series it has Pine Home and Pine Networking Pro two different version which comes 2x2 and 4x4 options.
With this in mind, EmWicon’s would like to introduce our first Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) AP module WMX7302 (3x3) and WMX7402 (4x4) 5GHz single band wireless module solutions, which are based on QCN9074 chipset.
WMX7302 (3x3) and WMX7402 (4x4) solutions are a true enterprise based wireless module that powers in 5GHz Single band mode for 3T3R or 4T4R MU-MIMO and with a theoretical speed of up to 3.6Gbps or 4.8Gbps with 160MHz frequency.
Unlike Qualcomm 4x4 reference design QCN9074 (PN02.1) 50mmx50mm M.2 E-Key design, EmWicon not only shrink the size to a more popular 4x4 Mini PCIe Full size form factor 50mm x 30mm, but also provide the 3x3 option to provides a greater versatility to use on more common seen design.
WMX7302 (3x3) and WMX7402 (4x4) performs both AP and STA functionality with 3 or 4 spatial streams, plus it supports 4096-QAM, OFDMA technology, and all the 802.11 AX great feature which it is design for AP applications and makes it perfect for heavy lifting applications such as Enterprise grade AP, UTM, public & transportation router, and other industrial capable AP product.
