The new embedded module TQMaRZG2x is based on an RZ/G2 processor (ARM Cortex A53/A57 processor from Renesas) and is available in three CPU variants: RZG2N, RZG2M and RZG2H. Its 64-bit multicore architecture provides faster and more efficient processing of up to four Cortex-A53 (up to 1.2Ghz) and up to four Cortex-A57 (up to 1.5GHz) cores. An integrated high-performance graphics controller supports applications with high display requirements.
The powerful LPDDR4 allows memory expansion up to 8GB and supports this additionally. Furthermore, the modules have an eMMC memory of up to 64GB. Additional data security is provided by the optional QSPI-NOR flash memory with up to 256MB.
