Rugged SuperSpeed 7-Port USB 3.1 Hub

The HUB7SS-BA features a rugged, industrial-grade, metal housing, robust ESD protections, USB 3.1 compliance and backward compatibility with legacy USB data rates. The HUB7SS-BA is designed to meet the advanced requirements for connecting multiple USB peripherals in extreme environments while achieving SuperSpeed operation.

The HUB7SS-BA ships with port 7 configured as a Charging Downstream Port (CDP) capable of supplying up to 2.4A of current to a connected device. The remaining six CDPs supply up to 1500 mA to each connected device.

Main Features

  • USB 3.1 Hub provides seven Charging Downstream USB ports (CDPs)
  • One CDP supplies up to 2.4A while the other six CDPs supply 1500mA each
  • CDPs are battery charging specification BCv1.2 compliant
  • Supports SuperSpeed (5Gbps), high-speed (480Mbps), full-speed (12Mbps) and low-speed (1.5Mbps) operation
  • ESD protection
  • ±8kV on each USB 2.0 data line (D+, D-)
  • ±15kV on each USB 3.0 data line (SSTX+, SSTX-, SSRX+, SSRX-)
  • Fully supported in Microsoft Windows 8/10 and other USB-aware operating systems (compatible with all operating systems that support USB 1.1/2.0/3.0)
  • Optional wall-mount AC power supply accessory outputs 24VDC @ 2.71A (Item# TR152) and mates via the HUB7SS-BA’s included locking DC terminal block/connector
