New integrated 32-Bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ brushless DC motor control MCU

The HT32F65233 features a low-power core and a wide operating voltage range of 2.5 V ~ 5.5 V. When operating at 5 V, the device offers higher analog signal resolution and reduced noise interference when driving motors. It is suitable for BLDC applications such as hair dryers, range hoods, electric shavers, high-pressure pumps, fans and similar devices.

It runs at speeds up to 60 MHz and contains 32 KB of Flash program memory and 8 KB of SRAM data memory. It integrates two PGAs, one OPA and two CMPs, combined with a 2 Msps 12-bit ADC and motor-dedicated MCTM and GPTM counters, supporting Hall-sensor or sensorless 1-/2-shunt FOC and square-wave algorithm architectures. A range of communication interfaces are provided, including UART, I²C and SPI, which can be combined with the 6-channel PDMA and CRC functions to improve data throughput and security. The integrated PGAs feature 6-stage gain and a VDD/2 reference voltage, minimizing the need for external components.

The device is supplied in 32-pin QFN and 24-pin SSOP package types, offering up to 28 GPIOs.
