The new TPC517 series is a Multi-Channel High-Precision ADC. This device features a built-in high-precision reference and operates within a temperature range of –40℃ to +125℃. The product can be widely applied in areas such as test and measurement, industrial instruments, data acquisition, and medical devices.
A high-performance ADC often claims "no missing code," meaning that as the input voltage sweeps across the input range, all output code combinations appear sequentially at the converter output.
