The MSCHI series is designed specifically to provide high switching speed, very high i/o isolation levels and the asymmetrical output voltages required to by circuits using sic gate drive semiconductors.
Offered at very low cost, the mschi series consists of eleven different models with inputs of 5, 12, 15 or 24 vdc. each unit provides dual outputs that fit the optimum gate bias levels for many sic driver circuits (for example, +15 @ 80 ma & -5 @ 40 ma).
Designed for use in the driver circuits for Sic mosfet devices. It simplifies the task of setting up the correct gate bias levels while also providing a high level of isolation to the gate drive circuit.
