The High Isolation SiC Driver DC/DC MSC215-18 provides asynchronous outputs of +18V and -3 VDC; the recommended gate bias level for many SiC semiconductors. The output current is ±100 mA. Standard features include continuous short circuit protection, 83% efficiency, 3.5 kVAC I/O isolation and miniature SIP packaging.
