The MPQ6527-AEC1/MP6527 is a ten-channel half-bridge DMOS output driver with integrated power MOSFETs designed for driving various loads in automotive and industrial applications (e.g. DC motors).
It can achieve up to 0.8A of output current (IOUT) across a wide 5.5V to 40V input voltage (VIN) range. The half-bridges can be controlled separately via a standard serial data interface, and each half-bridge has various diagnostic functions (shorted output, open-load detection, over-temperature, over-voltage, and under-voltage). The device has a very low quiescent current (down to 1μA) in standby mode, and has a typical 1.3Ω HS-FET and LS-FET on resistance. Robust protection features are provided to guarantee safe operation. Full protection features include under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection, over-voltage lockout (OVLO) protection, output short-circuit protection (SCP), and over-temperature protection (OTP). The MPQ6527-AEC1/MP6527 is available in a TSSOP-28EP package, and is available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
