The 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼𝟴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 offers a rugged solution that sustains 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟲+ 𝗚𝗯𝗽𝘀, allowing for rapid sensor responsiveness even in harsh environments. These 0.8 mm SMT connectors contain 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗫 technology, a gender-neutral contacting technology with a blade and spring on both sides of the connector pair. This contact configuration enables 𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹-𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗻, providing high redundancy and optimal contact reliability through vibration, temperature fluctuation, shock and corrosion. Variations of the Zero8 include 12 to 80 contacts, right-angled or straight configurations, BTB stack heights ranging from 6 to 21 mm, and optional EMI shielding.
