8 Mbit and 16Mbit 5 Volts parallel NOR Flash Come back
Amic Technology corp. is pleased to announce the release of the new 90nm technology parallel NOR Flash in 8Mbit and 16Mbit densities to offer a direct drop-in replacement for the A29xxxx AMD series.
The following part number will be available as samples in October with production deliveries commencing in November 2018 already.
