HV Source Driver Arrays provide level translation and high voltage drive for multiple signals. Different digital interfaces include simple digital inputs, to more complex protocols. The Source Arrays enable serial to parallel conversion, supporting voltages from -35 to -85V with output channel count of 8 and 64, and other control and protection features.  MOSFET outputs source current from mA for capacitive loads, and Darlington versions to source hundreds of mA for more inductive loads, including relays.

HV Source – Sink Driver Arrays provide level translation and high voltage drive for multiple signals. Different digital interfaces include simple digital inputs, to more complex protocols. The Arrays enable serial to parallel conversion, supporting voltages from 45V to 300V with output channel count from 2 to 128, and other control and protection features. The MOSFET outputs source and sink current to tens of mA, aimed at capacitive loads.

MOSFET outputs source current from to 100mA targeted for capacitive loads, and versions with Darlington output structures are used to source hundreds of hundreds of mA for more inductive loads, including relays.
